Totafos are to be put on every day of the week except for the holidays

A principle: כָּל הַמְלַמֵּד בֵּן חֲבֵרוֹ תּוֹרָה, מַעֲלִים עָלָיו הַכָּתוּב כְּאִלּוּ יְלָדוֹ / whoever teaches a child of a friend (=a fellow Jew) Torah is as if he gave birth to him. One’s physical appearance brings one into this world, one’s spiritual appearance are one’s Torah teachers.

A principle: what one teaches is not separated from what one practices. It is only acceptable to live according to what you study and teach.
